• Violate any local, national, or international laws

• Use automated systems to scrape or data mine
• Post spam or unsolicited advertisements
• Sell prohibited or illegal items

4. Listings and Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Oldeex. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines without notice.

5. Transactions

Oldeex is a platform that facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. We are not directly involved in transactions and are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of items listed
• The accuracy of listings or user communications
• The ability of sellers to deliver or buyers to pay
• Disputes between buyers and sellers

6. Fees and Payments

Posting basic ads is free. Premium features such as promotions and featured listings require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

The Oldeex name, logo, and all related content are the intellectual property of Mobizell Group. You may not use our branding without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Oldeex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
