How do I post my first ad?

After logging in, click "Post Ad", select your category, fill in the details (title, description, price, location), upload photos, and submit. Your ad will be reviewed within 24 hours.

Is posting ads free?

Yes! Posting regular ads is completely free. We offer optional paid features like Featured Ads and Bump Ups to increase visibility.

How do I contact a seller?

Click the "Chat" button on any listing to send a direct message to the seller through our secure in-app messaging system.

Can I negotiate the price?

Absolutely! Most sellers are open to reasonable offers. Use the chat feature to negotiate prices respectfully.

How do I know if a seller is trustworthy?

Check the seller's verification badge, read their reviews, see how long they've been a member, and always meet in safe public places for transactions.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment methods vary by seller. Common options include cash, bank transfer, or mobile wallets. Always discuss payment before meeting.

Can I return an item if I'm not satisfied?

Return policies depend on individual sellers. We recommend discussing return terms before purchase and meeting to inspect items in person.

How do I make my ad stand out?

Use clear, high-quality photos, write detailed descriptions, set competitive prices, and consider promoting your ad with Featured or Top Ad options.

How long does my ad stay active?

Regular ads stay active for 30 days. You can renew or bump your ad to keep it fresh and at the top of search results.

How do I mark my item as sold?

Go to "My Ads", select the listing, and click "Mark as Sold". This removes it from active searches and shows it as completed.

Can I edit my ad after posting?

Yes! Go to "My Ads", select the listing, and click "Edit". You can update photos, description, price, and other details anytime.

What items are prohibited from selling?

Prohibited items include drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, adult content, live animals (in some categories), and anything illegal. Check our Terms of Use for the complete list.

How do I stay safe when meeting buyers/sellers?

Always meet in well-lit public places, bring a friend if possible, tell someone where you're going, inspect items before payment, and trust your instincts.

What should I do if I encounter a scam?

Report the listing immediately using the "Report" button, contact our support team, never send money in advance, and avoid deals that seem too good to be true.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, never share your personal details without consent, and you can control what information is visible on your profile.

How do I report a suspicious ad or user?

Click the "Report" button on any listing or profile, select the reason (scam, inappropriate content, etc.), and our moderation team will review within 24 hours.

What happens to reported users?

We investigate all reports. Violations may result in ad removal, account suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity.

How do I change my password?

Go to Settings > Security, click "Change Password", enter your current password and new password, then save changes.

How do I verify my account?

Complete email and phone verification in Settings > Account. Verified accounts get a badge and are trusted more by other users.

Can I change my registered phone number or email?

Yes, go to Settings > Account and update your email or phone. You'll need to verify the new contact method.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account and select "Delete Account". Note: This is permanent and cannot be undone. All your ads will be removed.

I forgot my password. How do I recover it?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email or phone, and follow the reset instructions sent to you.

How do Featured Ads work?

Featured Ads appear at the top of search results with a highlighted border, getting 10x more visibility. They run for a set duration based on the package you choose.

What is a Bump Up?

Bump Up moves your ad to the top of listings as if it was just posted, giving it fresh visibility without creating a new ad.

What payment methods do you accept for promotions?

We accept credit/debit cards, mobile wallets (JazzCash, Easypaisa), and bank transfers for ad promotions.

Can I get a refund on a promotion?

Promotions are non-refundable once activated. However, if there's a technical issue preventing your ad from running, contact support for assistance.

Do promoted ads guarantee a sale?

No. Promotions increase visibility, but sales depend on your pricing, item quality, description, and market demand.
